Senior Financial Analyst

DESCRIPTION:
WANRack, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing company recently acquired by a large private equity firm. You will be an integral part of the Finance organization, helping to develop the financial infrastructure necessary for scalable growth. You will have the opportunity to interface directly with senior business leaders by providing financial models and analyses to support strategic decision-making processes. This position provides exposure to all facets of WANRack’s business and requires an ability to quickly and deeply understand complex business models, large data sets, and financial statements.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with the Chief Financial Officer on forecasting and financial reporting to the Senior Management team and Private Equity Board of Directors.
Support the modeling, updating, and processing of the company Pricing Model relative to current business and future business opportunities.
Assist in general corporate finance activities, including the evaluation of capital structure alternatives and growth initiatives.
Ad-hoc financial analysis for departmental leads, providing insight on forecast vs actuals, cost structure, product margins, and operational optimization.
Assess new business opportunities, analyze financial outcomes, and assist with new areas of growth.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
3+ years of professional experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, and/or accounting.
Advanced modeling skills, including buildout of full company operating and financial models
Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Proven ability to interact and influence effectively with all levels of the organization, and drive alignment on financial targets.
Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Excel.
Prior pricing analysis is a plus.
